Jiaxing Optimal IT Co., Ltd. including its corporate affiliates, (“YONI-TECH,”“we,”“our”) is a global provider of cloud communications that offers various services.we offer a complete and fully-configured unified communications solution for the delivery of end-to-end communications.We also provide our communications services in programmable modules delivered via APIs, enabling our customers to incorporate these services into their own applications to serve their own customers.

This Privacy Policy applies to our customers, prospective customers, our customers (both direct and indirect), job applicants, current and former employees, contractors, visitors to our company websites,and recipients of our e-mail communications.

When you use our websites or our services, you acknowledge and understand that YONI-TECH will collect, use, and share your information, as we describe in this Privacy Policy.

Mobile device camera, microphone and photos. If you use our mobile apps, we may request your permission to access the camera, microphone, and photos on your mobile device, to make and receive voice and video calls and messages and to send photos to others. 9. Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute first arising in relation to the Privacy Policy and all claims and matters will be resolved primarily through negotiation between the Parties. If the resolution is not reached through negotiation after thirty (30) working days from the date of commencing amicable dispute resolution, one party may submit the dispute to be settled by the The Singapore International Arbitration Centre(SIAC).The proceedings shall be held in English. The arbitrators decision shall be final and binding.
